Plot

Radhe Shyam unfolds in the picturesque setting of 1970s Italy and follows Vikramaditya (Prabhas), a renowned palmist with the ability to accurately predict people's destinies. Despite his fame and skill, Vikramaditya leads a life detached from emotional bonds, convinced that romance is not part of his fate. This belief is challenged when he encounters Dr. Prerana (Pooja Hegde), a dedicated and compassionate doctor. Drawn to her warmth, he finds himself falling in love, but his own predictions suggest a tragic destiny that keeps him hesitant. As their relationship deepens, Vikramaditya faces an inner struggle between accepting love or adhering to his prediction of an inevitable separation. Prerana, skeptical of fate, tries to convince Vikramaditya to believe in free will over destiny, sparking a philosophical clash between them. The plot takes a dramatic turn when Prerana's life is threatened by illness, pushing Vikramaditya to confront his beliefs and question his commitment to destiny.
