8 A.M. Metro is an introspective drama that explores the deep connection formed between two strangers in the fast-paced, urban environment of a metro system. The film follows Preeti (Saiyami Kher), a woman in her 30s living a routine, unremarkable life, burdened by the responsibilities of marriage and motherhood. One morning, while commuting on the 8 A.M. metro, she meets Pritam (Gulshan Devaiah), a sensitive and introspective man dealing with his own personal struggles. Their initial encounters are awkward and brief, but over time, a bond develops as they continue to meet on the same metro every morning. Despite their contrasting personalities and backgrounds, they find comfort in each other’s company, sharing their deepest fears, dreams, and regrets. Through these daily conversations, Preeti begins to rediscover a sense of purpose and identity that she had lost in the monotony of her life, while Pritam starts confronting his own emotional wounds.
