Vidya Malvade was born on March 2, 1973, in Maharashtra, India. She is a well-known Indian actress and former air hostess. Malvade is the niece of the late veteran actress Smita Patil and has two sisters. After completing her education in law, she transitioned from being an air hostess to modeling, appearing in various advertisements. Her acting career began with Vikram Bhatt's film "Inteha" in 2003, but it was her role as the goalie and captain of the Indian women's national hockey team in the critically acclaimed film "Chak De!
