Dilip Dhawan was an Indian film and television actor born in 1955. He started his career as a child artist in the 1968 film Sangharsh, featuring Dilip Kumar, and went on to act in over 50 films.

Dilip Dhawan was the son of character actor Krishan Dhawan. He was always mistaken as the brother of actors Anil Dhawan and David Dhawan due to their shared last name. Dhawan was involved with actresses Kitu Gidwani and Sushma Prakash. He married Renuka Serkari in 1994.

Dilip Dhawan passed away on February 15, 2000, in Mumbai, at the age of 45, due to a heart attack. He was shooting for the TV serial Heena when he died.
